Wild Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients:
300g wild strawberries
1 glass of cream
50g icing sugar
Pass half of the strawberries through a sieve, then add the cream and sugar to the mixture. Place the whole strawberries into two glass bowls and pour the pink cream over them made from the strawberry mixture.
Put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve with some port or champagne.
